These terms & conditions apply to the use of the 10% off the total purchase price of Coptic Burial Headstone Sites discount offer at Albany Creek Memorial Park issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (InvoCare).
1. Acceptance of Terms Redemption of the 10% off the total purchase price of Coptic Burial Headstone Sites offer confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion Details
a. Promotion: Receive 10% off the purchase price of Coptic Burial Headstone Sites when payment is made in full. A Coptic Burial Headstone Site is a single depth site with a Gold Leaf Coptic Cross headstone (single or double headstone option).
b. Payment Terms: The purchase of the Coptic Burial Headstone Site must be paid in full at the time of redemption of this promotion.
c. Additional costs/Upgrades available:
i. Open and close fees for burial are additional. Please refer to our Service Fees and Charges.
ii. Inscriptions on headstones are an additional cost per letter.
iii. The option to upgrade from a single depth site to a double or triple depth site is available at an additional cost.
d. Applicable Sites: The Promotion applies to the following sites: Albany Eastern Gardens, Garden of Trinity Beam 5 and 6 only.
e. Exclusions: This promotion does not apply to funeral services or any merchandise such as urns, plaques and accessories.
3. Conditions of Use
a. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
b. This Promotion is only available at Albany Creek Memorial Park during the promotional period. It is not available, redeemable or transferable at any other InvoCare Memorial Park.
c. In the event there is no occupancy available at the Applicable Sites, the purchased memorial property may be refunded.
4. Booking and Availability
a. Bookings for memorialisation must be made in accordance with the availability and terms and conditions of InvoCare.
b. Please refer to the terms and conditions of Albany Creek Memorial Park, including the Payment terms and Service Fee and Charges policy, as published on our website here.
5. Promotional Period
a. The Promotional Period is from 1 May 2025 until 30 June 2025. The offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time.
6. General
a. InvoCare reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
b. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

These terms & conditions apply to the use of the 5% off the total purchase price of Coptic Burial Headstone Sites with two-year payment terms discount offer at Albany Creek Memorial Park issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (InvoCare).
7. Acceptance of Terms Redemption of the 5% off the total purchase price on Coptic Burial Headstone Sites with two-year payment terms offer confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
8. Promotion Details
a. Promotion: Receive 5% off the total purchase price of Coptic Burial Headstone Sites with two-year payment terms. A Coptic Burial Headstone Site is a single depth site with a Gold Leaf Coptic Cross headstone (single or double headstone option).
b. Payment Terms: A deposit of 20% of the total purchase price of the Copic Burial Headstone Site must be paid upfront. The remaining balance will be paid in equal monthly instalments over a period of up to two years, interest-free.
i. Payments are due on the first day of each month.
ii. A payment is considered late if it is not received by the due date and may incur a late fee.
iii. Early repayments are allowed but no further discounts apply.
iv. If a payment is missed, we will notify you in writing and allow 60 days to resolve it. If unresolved, a full payment of the balance may be required. We’re committed to working with you where possible to adjust terms if needed.
